Kristina Stuber

Vice President of Human Resources – Enterprise Holdings

Kris Stuber is the Vice President of Human Resources for the Washington, DC Group of Enterprise Holdings.  Kris oversees all Legal compliance, Performance Management, Talent Management, Talent Acquisitions and Employee Relations for the DC operation that includes DC and portions of Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia.  Her team works with an employee base of 1500-2000 employees and hires over 350 employees a year.   She has worked with Enterprise Holdings for 30 years and has both her PHR and SHRM-CP Certifications.     

Kris leads the DC Group’s Female Leadership Initiatives and is a leader on the Group’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Team.  She is a previous board member with the Montgomery County Family Justice Center Foundation, served on the Leadership Committee with the Leukemia Lymphoma Society SOY Campaign for 5 years and is involved in her community through volunteer efforts with the Capital Area Food Bank, Just TRyan It, Kids Triathlon, and opportunities through her children’s’ schools.  She is also an active member of the DC Chapter of the Conscious Leadership Group (CLG). 

She graduated from West Virginia University and currently lives in Rockville, MD.  She enjoys college football, running, yoga, and all things wellness.
