FFCI Workshop – Reflective Storytelling to Engage Youth

Participants will discover the fundamentals of reflective storytelling and how to create a space to implement storytelling strategies into their daily conversations with young people. This practice is designed to increase a sense of community within program settings while also providing youth an opportunity to build connections between their life experiences and purpose. Participants will also learn the best time to introduce reflective storytelling, best practices for creating a safe environment and receive guidance on how to walk a young person through telling their story.
