Pest Management Services, Inc. (PMSI) is a commercial and residential pest control company that is Woman-Owned and Family Operated for over 30 years.  The family operated approach has gained recognition in the DMV areas for their partnerships with local professional sports teams, such as the Washington Commanders, The Baltimore Ravens, The Washington Capitals, The Washington Wizards, the Washington Nationals, and the Washington Mystics.  They also partner with Virginia Tech and multiple food groups such as Thinkfoodgroup (Jose Andres), Clyde’s Restaurant Groups, Chick Fil-A, IHOP, Silver Diners, Velocity Wings, Sardi’s and many more.

Firefly Cellars is a passion project purchased during Covid.  This “hidden gem” is a farm winery in Western Loudoun County, known for it’s intimate, cozy atmosphere, great wine varieties, BNB on property and two event spaces.

Pink Hydration is a bottles water company supporting survivors and families of cancer survivors within the DMV areas.  (www.pinkhydration.org)

After attending Hawaii School of Business and Shenandoah University, Patty spent most of her adult life creating commercial opportunities with landscaping companies and opening Target Stores up and down the East Coast.  Once she and her husband purchased PMSI, the skills acquired through her previous employment came into play.  Patty created, developed, and marketed PMSI in a new direction and pushed the commercial division to where it is now.  Our 68,000 customers have become part of the PMSI family and also receive added value as a Firefly Cellars customer.

Patty is known as Pestpatty, the woman who does not do what others in the industry do.  She is known for “out of the box thinking” and creating experiences while providing exceptional pest control service and memorable partnerships.

Patty’s extensive experience and way of thinking has rolled into Firefly Cellars by opening a sports event space where professional alumni frequent and watch games with the customers or have a pickup football game in the picnic area.  Patty’s type of thinking has created workouts on property called Muscles and Mimosas and Yoga and Painting.  Firefly Cellars’ epic Christmas festival created a place for consumers to eat, drink, and shop from locally made artisan crafts, while their children spent time with Santa and cookies made from a local top chef.

In her down time, Patty’s favorite way to spend it is with her three granddaughters. She loves to travel, work out, read books, dance when no one is looking and attend all sporting events.
